Terms Of Business
Once booking is made we will run a parts check to ensure the correct glass is ordered and subsequently fitted, if, for any reason, you give us incorrect details on the part the price difference should be made before the replacement is done.

On the day you make the booking an invoice will automatically be sent to you that evening (before 23.59.59hrs) the full cost of the replacement should be made prior to job completion unless otherwise agreed to by ScreenFit.

Your lifetime warranty will be in jeopardy if you use 3rd party suppliers for anything to do with a faulty glass replacement, if we asses your warranty claim and we find it is of no fault of our own then a £50 fixed fee will be issued for time and travel. We do not offer warranty on a windscreen that has been replaced onto a rusting or corroding surface.

Cleaning of any glass (shattered) is left at the hands of the technician and any excess glass will be cleaned and removed on the job, however, any further cleaning is at the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Bookings: Whilst every effort is made to complete the job on the agreed day we cannot always guarantee this due to weather conditions & any other unforeseen circumstances that may occur. If your scheduled replacement is affected by any of these occurrences then we will re schedule your replacement to a day that suits both parties.

Refunds: Processed within 10 working days.

Removal & Refitting of your windscreen: If you have booked on for a remove and refit service although our technicians on most occasions complete the job without cracking the glass there is a slight chance whilst removing your windscreen that it will crack and therefore require a full windscreen replacement. ScreenFit will hold no liability for any damage caused to the glass during this process but can provide the full replacement at extra cost (price depends on vehicle make and model)

Quality & Guarantee
ScreenFit offers a lifetime guarantee on all windscreens fitted by us or one of our affiliates. This guarantee only applies if the customer is still in possession of the vehicle. Under the lifetime warranty you are covered from stress cracks due a manufacturer default piece of glass or leaking. No warranty is offered on any heated elements on heated windscreens & rear windscreens or any second hand glass provided by customers. No money for plastic parts will be paid/funded for on vehicles over 15 years old.

All Vehicle Glass Replacements – Our Promise of Quality
We only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products on all our vehicle glass replacements, meaning the glass we use is approved by the vehicle manufacturer and of the highest quality.

Calibration – ScreenFit does not include ADAS calibration in any quotations given. For calibrations you should visit the main dealer of your vehicle to have your system re calibrated (should it require it)

Return of Goods – If you are required to return any property owned by ScreenFit then you should return at your earliest convenience. ScreenFit will reimburse the cost of the return upon safe arrival of said goods. If you do not return said goods then you will be invoiced for the total cost of the property owned by ScreenFit.
